Star Nail USA is one of the largest private lable supliers, yes.
If you want me to name the 'brands' that use it then I'm sorry but I won't.
Most products are not made by true manufacturers ... there are only a few of those inthe world ... most products are private lable. IOW the supplier buys the products and then bottles them and labels them and trys to brand them as their own. This does not mean that they are all the same; they are not. But many also are!
