Could I use the DD French tip under a clear NNO instead of applying a tip or sculpting?

That's what there were doing at their stand @ Olympia.

Not extending the nail, putting DD over the natural free edge then applying the clear gel over the natural nail & DD, so DD was under the clear gel.

Im planning on trying this but have been thinking how this would then translate to a rebalance.

It wouldnt matter if you are soaking off everytime eg biosculpture but with Brisa I would have to buff down and rebalance as usual I guess with POW or sculpt over the top.........
