i think i may have the answer for you to why your nails didnt set!...

i work at sallys, the one of the only sellers of mercia products.. we get so many problems with the liquid and power not setting correctly.. i always check with the customer that they are using both the mercia liquid and mercia powder, and rightly so they are... but its still not setting,

i think theres a bit of a faulty batch in the system.. its not you.. its the product!
