Hi guys hoping you can help me with this one, Im writing down all the stock (nails) Id NEED for starting in a salon using Creative products.
I have added my tips, liquid, remover, towelroll etc and my essential pink, white and clear powder but Im thinking about the colour perfect coloured acrylic powders-would you say I NEED them straight away? I was considering getting the 3 packs of 6, naturals, bolds and think the other ones a glimmer collection?? I do want to offer this service but would love to cut down initial set up costs. I dont really know if these are a neccessity?
Thanks everyone xx

Hi!

It depends on the demand of coloured nail art in your area...If your just starting up a business then I think you should start up with the bare essentials and maybe offer simple nail art like striping paints for hand painted nail art, and rhinestones as they don't cost as much.

You could also advertise that you will be doing coloured sets, soon, so they know you will be offering it, just not now.

Once you have made some money, then splash out on coloured acrylics etc!

I think by having them, it seperates you from the others who just do french and natural nails!

Good luck!

Ok so not a great necessity to start but Ill put them on the 'to do' list!! Thanks peeps xx

Yes one for the to do list,
then let your clients know that they are available,
show them pictures and find out who would wear what, and when or how often,
this will help you with your shopping list hth
