Hey there...just curious to know what kind of tips you guys use. Full, half or no well at all? And which ones do you find the most easiest and effective to use? I've been taught using half wells, took me some time to get the hang of it but I got there in the end so I'm not sure if I should start trying out different ones.

Do you stick to using one type of tip or not?

Thanks in advance!

I prefer half well or no well tips as there is more contact area for the product rather than the tip xx

Hi,
I prefer welless tips when using white, Performance Tips by CND are brill, I like a ½ well if using a natural tip to sculpt onto, don't mind either way on clear tips.
I have so many different types and shapes, as it all depends on the clients nail shape.
Happy Tipping.
Lotsa luv x  x

I like no well tips (proimpressions advanced tips) no blending yippee!!! Get them from www.proimpressions.com xxx

I like the Performance tips from CND - no contact area.

But like already said sometimes you have to just go with what is the best fit for the client.

I prefer half well tips, although I do have full well tips also for clients with shorter nails.

I was taught using half well tips, but I have now moved onto well-less tips, much easier and saves time blending! I sculpt most people and havent used tips in a long time xx

I'm a well-less convert. I wish I had known about them YEARS ago. :)

well less from pro impressions for me too! i like them more than any other tip i have tried.

I can't think of any situation for using full well tips.

The most important aspect is the 'c' curve: it must fit the nail!

If the tip that fits best has a well, take it out.

I believe it's important to have 2 if not 3 different shapes so every 'c' curve can be accommodated

The same applies to french white! They need to fit the nail first and foremost then can be tailored with the well and side walls as necessary
