Don't apologise. I am happy for you to pick my brain. It's basically a long term plan. Maybe of a year. So, you could sit down and plan the whole year. Obviously, things may and will change along the way. This is okay as you can adapt your plan. For instance, around Mothers Day you may wish to do a paid advertising campaign on facebook using facebook ads. At some point in the the year when you know it is going to be busy you may decide that you don't need to do ay advertising which involves discounts, but may still want to have a presence in a different way. You may decide that you want to ask your clients to fill out a questionnaire or may decided to have a open evening for which you can set up an event through facebook. Your plan could also include things like limiting the number of status updates you post about cancelled appointments, etc so not to damage your image.
I suppose it's about thinking long term, setting some facebook objectives in order to have a constant presence, rather than splurges of facebook content which some customers may see as spam.

You could change the ''cancelled appointment'' to only one appointment left for such and such a treatment on whatever day maybe?
