I currently offer the full range of Pure Fiji Spa, Facial and Body Treatments.

They are a fantastic natural skincare line, which offers a compact facial line that suits all skin-types.

In my salon we offer a hydrating facial for all skin-types, a skin brightening facial, and a firming and toning anti-ageing facial using these products.

I beleieve they are now launching a whole new aromatherapy line, coupled with an aromatherapt facial.

Check them out they are an extremely high quality product at an affordale price.

When i took them on at my spa the opening order minimun for the facial line was only 250 plus VAT.

I think this is extreemly affordable considering this line is carried at some of the most luxurious spas around the world.

Skintruth, Nature's way & Elemis :)

Thank you for all your input! I am still researching and decided to stay mobile until the right salon comes along...so any further advice on skincare lines for mobile geeks would be really appreciated.xx

yonKa for me - the products and facials are lovely! however i think you need to have a minimum of 2 treatment rooms to be able to stock it.
The products smell amazing!

Environ! Fansatic products which get real results. :)

I second that! Not a horrendous opening order either or further minimum order limits. Plus the skin imaging is a HUGE retail point. Have worked with Elemis, Decleor, Darphin and Kanebo....mostly Decleor and Elemis. I currently stock Elemis and Environ and retail wise Environ wins hands down. Good luck, there's a lot out there! x

I work for Sothys as national training manager... we do supply mobile therapists and our packages are really reasonably priced compared to some brands...

You can also pay on a stepped monthly plan to , so you dont have to find the intial outlay all in one go...

You can choose from skincare only, skin and Body etc , etc

We also do the beauty garden organic line , make up , mens, suncare etc.

Have a look at our website www.sothys.com (international as UK site is having a refurb!!!)

As a therapist Ive worked with a number of brands over the years including Dermalogica, Elemis, Clarins, Guinot, La Prairie (this list could go on a while...)
Im looking at opening my own salon now...I am not gonna hesitate to take Sothys into my salon..the products are fab, we have a new range of cosmeceuticals to as well as a new improved glycolic peel being launched in the summer...

I use SwissDermyl and I'm very happy with it, as are my clients. I was lucky enough to visit the Sothys garden on my honeymoon last September and if I were to run two brands together I'd use Sothys.
For a 100% organic range I use Spiezia Organics which has won many awards, and rightly so!

Lynne, just to let you know....we do a small beauty garden package which are the organic products that come from the gardens you visited you can do a complete facial treatment with them to and we are adding some body products in the summer to, our new Anti-ageing treatment also uses the first patented complex to come out of our fundamental research centre that we have at the gardens to...

Hope you enjoyed your visit!!!! I went just before it was finished in 2008 and I didnt want to leave!!!!

Lynne, I just had a quick look at the Spiezia range on their website. They look lovely products but a tad expensive (for a mere mobile therapist like me:eek:). I assume they only sell to spas and salons? is there a minimum order.

Thanks

Its Pier Auge all the way for me ..been a loyal fan for 30 years . Theres so much on the market now its a tough choice to make but make sure your potential supplier offers you a no obligation demo isnt too pushy . Also check on going order requirements some of the houses have large minimum orders each time which can be counter productive .

Wow well I have had a nice surprise today at how many people have mentioned Darphin.Usually I hear people on here saying they have never heard of Darphin:eek:I absolutely love it and have been using it for over 6 and a half years in the salon and on myself. Its always been big in France and London but sadly not used as much in other salon plus people seem to think they should only use the usual Dermologica etc when setting up a new salon. I have noticed it being advertised more and more in the beauty mags which is great.I think you have to have 2 treatment rooms or more to use Darphin(not 100% on this though)

If you want a cheap and cheerful product then go for something like Eve Taylor, the products are aromatherapy based like Darphin but much cheaper. They have great start up packages.

It would really depend on what you want from your products.Do you want an aromatherapy, natural type facial or were you thinking on something more specific for acne etc? There is a lot available and I would suggest that you go to the next professional beauty show, have a look round all the stands, get some advice and literature, know what you want to spend and do some research. Its important to know what you want, write yourself a list of want your wanting as when you go to the shows it can be overwhelming and you can be quickly persuaded that this is,'the one'when in fact it doesn't tick all of your boxes.

You could use 2 different brands.Darphin tends to aim towards the pampering, aroma type facial. Its important to offer as much as possible to suit all needs rather than just one so for me I would offer an aroma type facial(like Darphin)and a more clinical one like Demalogica, that way you get the best from both.HTH

Here here for Darphin paris, love it love it love it!!!!!!!

Nope, no minimum order, and I don't think they discriminate against mobile therapists. Best to check with them direct on that one though!

Hi Anna,

best thing do is call head office and ask for a info pack to be sent out, they will take down your details and send you all the info on the products, some samples, opening orders etc. we do a smaller mobile package which is smaller then the one you will recieve in the brochure, so i would suggest that once you have it call carole who is your area rep up there and she can talk you through the package options, she will even come and see you if you want.
if you want her number or email address send me a private mail and i can give you some more info.

The new [C] Glyco-peel is being launched later this year, ive just got all the info on it and its amazing. we do have one at the moment called professional peeling which is great but the new one will be more advanced and a bit stronger to.

any other info you would like about products etc send me a message.

Thanks for you interest.

Danielle:):):):)

Must admit I do love Espa products myself as a client. As a therapist with my business head on I know Dermalogica brings in brand awareness, but the market is saturated and the ongoing battle of Internet sites taking a big bite out of the Retail sales opportunity.

Environ is definately gaining a well deserved reputation for results driven facials and products.

Priori Skincare for me. Its cosmeceutical which can offer advanced results and changes to the skin. Does exactly what it says on the tin.

I woud have to say im guinot through and though, I have worked with many brands, assisted top facialists and guinot is my fave. I am curious to try environ....their philosophy sounds interesting:)
