We've just recently got fake bake in our salon and i went to look online at prices etc and it said we needed login details and to email fakebake to get them.. which i did.. on Thursday.. and again on Friday and then rang them on Monday and again Today and still nothing.. each time they say yes I'll send them over to you... anyone else had probs with fake bake?? i love love love their tan but their customer service is something to be desired!!!!

hi there

You can buy fake bake products from Millenium Nails for £45 per litre. I noticed it the other day when I was buying some nail tips. they used to sell coco bay but have changed it for fake bake so if you are struggling you could try them.

Yes I agree I have tried calling them loads of times and left messages their customer service is poor :-( but like you say the tan is good :) I've managed to get someone out to see me this week so fingers crossed.. xxx

i couldn't agree more. I've tried and tried to get some samples to test but nothing..

I'm interesting in stocking this myself so wanted to know order details and such, but you guessed it....NOTHING.

Make me wonder why the hell i'm wanting them inthe first place:?::?::?:

I could be wrong, but I understood that Fake Bake UK were the only authorised distributors of Fake Bake products here. Just had a look at Millenium Nails and couldn't see any Fake Bake products (might have been looking at wrong site tho). Fake Bake spray tan solution is sold in 946ml bottles, not litres (aka 32 fluid ounces as it's manufactured in the U.S. who still use imperial measurements) xx

see exactly had that problem....... i found nouvatan. tan is wonderfull and so is the customer service xx

fake bake definitley in millenium. saw it with my own 2 eyes and even commented to staff as they used to sell coco bay and now stock fake back spray tanning solution.

I use fake bake and must say poor customer service for such a high end product. I notice its not much more expensive than other brands though. I dont find the fake bake dark very dark either anyone else have this problem? x

Sorry but there have been way too many threads like this recently - if you have a problem with a company then take it to them.

This is not the place to bitch and moan about proper nouns (i.e. People or companies). That doesn't mean that you can't debate, question or raise a valid point. It means that I don't want to see threads about how x sucks. See this article on constructively trolling to complain in a constructive way.
