Fake Tan & IPL

Hi Geeks,

I've just started having ipl done on my underarms, bikini & full leg area.
I understand that I am not allowed to tan from UV exposure, no sunbathing and no sunbeds. That's fine because right now it's cold & I don't use sunbeds.
I fake tan religiously every week & I stopped two weeks prior to my first treatment which was a week ago.
I am now feeling extremely pale & I hate it!
I'm just wondering if maybe I could tan once or twice Inbetween ipl sessions?
I have been advised that my underarms & bikini should be done every 4 weeks & legs every 6 weeks. I can go without tanning my underarms & bikini obviously but what about if I didn't tan two weeks before my legs?
Can that work? Sorry if it's confusing! X

I'm also getting Ipl done. My therapist said as long as the tan is completely off for when the treatment is being carried out then it's fine. Even though the aftercare says no false tans for the 30days after
