Hi guys,
this my first attempt at glitter acrylic, i think the one thing ive noticed is that the glitter got on the nail plate.

look forward to hearing your helpful advice.

xx

These look pretty good, just maybe a little thick towards the free edge and a bit hippy around the smile line. Your apex might be slightly too forward, but it's all hard to tell without a side and barrel shot. It's hard to get glitter to look clean and sharp sometimes, but I find the easiest way is to either do a reverse application, or swipe the smile line with some nail fresh before doing zones 2 & 3. Your edges look very nice and zone 3 is nice and flush with the nail plate. This is also my favorite shape, soft square, so that's perfect. Overall, they look good though, just a few tweaks and you'll have it right :)

I'm not an expert and I have not done glitters (yet), but these look quite good. First attempt! Hope my first attempt is this good.
There are a few stray glitters but over all the effect is good. The nails are a nice length and shape - perhaps some more thinning out along the sides of the free edge (this looks a bit thick on one side of the thumb). Maybe finish off with a high gloss varnish.
You should be happy with your work, you've done a fab job :)

I agree with the above and think if you buff them up to a high shine they will look lovely

i think these look great for your first attempt, mine did nt come out as good as these.
did you use gel or l&p?
when i do glitter i wipe over it with my cleanse to get rid of any loose glitter or if im using l&p i make sure i dont have any loose bits in my brush etc.. as this can be how it gets on the rest of the nails.x

I think if you rounded the corners off a little more on the free edge they would look better...also I can see a very faint line going round in zone 3 where it needs blending in a little more...overall they look really good.

Do you use a seperate brush and dappen dish for glitter? This will help to prevent getting glitter in places you dont want it x

Im a newbie so I cant offer much advice but I have done sparkles and I used a seperate dampen dish and brush otherwise sparkles get all over the nail bed.

They look very nice though:)

Hi, I think these look really nice :) As said already, thing to watch for is the glitter...use a seperate dappen dish for your glitter and the pink, that way you wont get glitter in your pink. The image came up really big when I opened it...like really close up! You could see quite a few bubbles in your pink. Apart from that, I think they are really nice and you have done a great job  xx
