There are no hard and fast rules for this oey. You can base your vote on anything you lke about the ring/nails. eg. use of colour, originallity, what makes your choice stand out from the others, degree of difficulty, creativity etc...

Whatever takes your fancy, lol. It's hard, I agree. xx
