hi guys

Looking for some advice client has done an at home bleach on roots over regrowth so virgin hair, she has very white ends so has ended up with a yellow/orange band. Natural hair level 6
Anyway so she wants to stay light as poss I was thinking (I use wella) the 12/16 to lighten the yellow orange 30 vol.
Shadow root 8/69. Then toner 9/60 + 10/69 + pastel. Any advice input greatly appreciated . I really don't want to touch her ends much as they are pretty fragile

I'd be more inclined to go back in with a low bleach just target the more yellow sections. And then tone accordingly.
Very often Highlift tint over already prelightened hair causes more damage than a low bleach, because of how much the 30vol / 40vol opens the cuticle.
Also I find 12/61can be quite pink /peachy so if that was to happen it would create another problem for you to have to fix.

Thank you. Yes she's very yellow in areas I really don't want to bleach again as she's done it 3 times now ! I might give the lightner a miss. Do you think the 9/60 and 8/69 for roots would be better

8/69 +9/60 will definitely get rid of that yellow.
Just try and put it on the yellow areas first, because the white areas will go silver otherwise.
