help with question on my assigment please

hi geeks i'm having trouble with this question on my paper for cosmetic make-up

Q:
give details on the law relating to minors being examined or treated.


i've put all about parental consent and adult being present but i keep being asked what is the law relating to it??

any help would be most great full as i feel really stupid that i cant find the answer myself.

just a thought - it be worth contacting your local district/parish council as bylaws often do vary depending on your postcode! we had a similar q on the course I did and as long as you include about thorough consultation, parental consent and parental accompaniment you should be fine

also insurance companies can vary about weather or not they give you cover for treatments on a minor, and if you want to be really thorough you could mention CRB checks too!
