Horizontal ridges in nails

One of my clients spends half the year year in america she has just come back and ive been to do a manicure today. Shes got 2 horizontal ridges across each nail plate she said theyve only just appeared any ideas what this might be?:smack:

or did she have any nail extensions whilst away?

No been through all that it could be shes never had extensions no illness goes to the same woman in America that shes been seeing for the last 25 years . she said she had them year ago but they just went as soon as tey came
