How to use nail trainer nails

I have a nail trainer and nails but have no instructions, do i need to remove the shine of just apply l&p staight on to them.

If you want to do it properly, you have to follow the correct prep proceedure, it's best to do it properly ready for working on human hands.

I personally skipped all the prep routine and practised that on myself or volunteers. I used the trainer for my application practise.
