Hi Geeks

Feel a bit embarrassed asking this question but keep trying to tell myself its how I learn!:o

Here goes, I did a set of L&P on myself quite late last night. When I looked at them this morning, on two nails on my "wrong" hand the layer of acrylic was too thin and a bit flat. Would it be ok just to add another layer building an apex into the new layer or is it always a take nail off and start again jobbie? Would i have to do anything to the first layer eg take off the shine? :o

Hi hun - Im all for too thin rather than too thick me !!!!!
Just take off the shine and plop a bit on to build a better apex and overall shape.
Much less work than filling off product in my opinion
I always find that my other hand is a bit on the flat side cos I just cant seem to get the smooth motion to perfect the refinement with my left hand no matter how much I try!
10 years on and I'm still not happy!!
Oh well :irked:
big hugs jayneym xxx

Yes, that's what I would do as well, just take off the shine first and off you go! :)
