Thay have ruined every thing taken my boyfriends card details for hotel said all gone through then couple hours later said its been declined even tho we have sufficient funds in account, checked bank and thay have taken double amount and left us with no hotel, we have called them and thay saying there is a problem with the card !!! I've taken time out of work for hols everything is going badly the hotel was originally £360 a night but reduced to £159 thay taken so much more and we phoned hotel direct and thay have no confirmation don't no anything, ahh give me a rope
