licences for nail bars

did anyone else hear on three counties radio today that local councilors are trying to get all nail bars licenced, they broadcast that alot of nns bars are employing untrained techs, also the damage done with files and chemicals, hopefully just listening to that would have put a few people off going to them

No but its sounds like a good idea! Will stop all those unqualified techs!!!!!!!!

I think it would be a fantastic idea it would get rid of some bad techs out there. I say some because you know yourself that there is always the black market side to anything.
