Mens Electric Shaver (Facial hair!)

Hiyaaa all

My other halfs birthday at end of the month and he is constantly moaning about razor blades! So i wanna get him a good electrical shaver But i dont have a clue where to start!
He likes a clean shave, no hair left basically if that helps?!

So am hoping any of you geeks who use them yourselves, or any geeks hubbys, boyfriends etc, could recommend me a good one?
I'm willing to spend a good amount for a decent one that works well and lasts, anything up to £100/£120 mark really
