Help!!

I am not sure if it is due to where I live but noone has heard of Minx!!!

I have had 1 to 1 training with my Creative trainer and I am so keen to get started on clients!

I am wearing minx myself on fingers and toes and have tried advertising on facebook and this weekend I am doing some advertising in a local hairdressers but every single person I speak to has no idea what Minx is!!

Any ideas onhow best to market this product to make it appeal to people????

are you putting a description of what it is and the benefits in your advertising?
on my facebook group i briefly explained what it is and also put a list of some of the celebrities that are wearing it, along with a photo of my minxed nails.
i've started to have enquiries allready & i only did this yesterday x

I cant do this on my facebook page I have set it up as a business and there is no space to write anything other than in your status, which is a bit stupid..I am going to have a play about with it later and see if it is better to set the page up as a person rather than a business!! To be fair, before I went on the Creative training I hadnt heard of Minx either, so I know its just a case of getting peoples attention and letting them know about it but it seems all anyone is interested in round here is acrylic pink and white!!!

Well that will soon change!

If I were you I would contact your supplier and get all the info from them to help you market your Minx service. After all, that is what your supplier is there to do ... to partner with you for your success with this product.

I think that customers overlook the advantages of really using their supplier to help them. A good supplier is not just a vendor but should be your closest colleague.

Hi, Maybe you could offer the hairdressers a deal, maybe half price minx for them to spread the word to their customers. People need to see it. I did my sister and a couple of friends and as soon as they hit the play ground its been non stop for minx. hth Cx

No offence to anyone in Wirral but i am surprised,
Minx is a celebrity craze, they cant get enough of minx and the girls in wirral and surrounding areas do usually follow the celebrity trends from what i have seen there
(i have had many a happy weekend in the good old wirral)
collect as many magazine articles as you can and use them to your advantage,
when telling clients about minx show them the articles with the celebrity's wearing minx,
do a search in google images and you will find pics of celebs wearing minx, hth

Hi think xxclairexx is right, best way is to give some friends, family some for free it definately gets the ball rolling.
Cambridge takes a while to catch up too, none of my friends had heard of them till i wore them, but they are all wanting them now!!xx

Thanks you have definitely made me feel more positive about Minx..perhaps it will just take a while to kick off..I think I am just quite impatient and what people to love it as much as I do straight away!!!

I am going to gointo the hairdressers at the weekend and see if I can do a day in there promoting it and chatting to customers...see how that works!!
