My scratch subs problems!

Well it just goes from bad to worse with me. first off I subscribed through the creativenailplace site which went bust so I was quids down. Then I subscribed through the Scratch site last month although I'm still waiting for my first copy. I've just checked my credit card statement and the £30 has come out twice one payment on 27th June - another on 7th July. I've sent them an email but haven't heard anything back...what would you do? Contact the credit card peeps or wait for Scratch to get back in touch?
