Hi All

I have a lady who came to me with 3 NSS nails on, I removed these and gave her a manicure.

The rest of the nails are very red (rings of fire evident), short nail beds and very bitten.

She is getting married in 3 weeks time and requires enhancements, she will not wait as I advised, she requires enhancements tomorrow.

I will be tipping with natural tips (not too confident with scuplts yet) and aim to elongate the nail bed. Then P&W.

Does anyone have a custom blend recipe/formula I could use that will cover the nail bed and the natrual tip to elongate. The lady has a good tan and very red nails.

I do have flawless pink & custom blend powers (CND) that a very nice geek gave to me but am unsure as to which powders to use, a basic coverage recipe that would cover the natural tip, if there is such a thing, would be very useful..

With other nail biters I have used natural tips and my usual CBD pink but these nail beds are far too short and too red to cover with the pink.

Many thanks in advance if anyone can help me.

Thanks Val

Blimey dont think that lot will sink in by tomorrow .......

Its the quantities im struggling with ...... & I dont really fully understand the cool/warm skin matching....Custom blend course calling!

Maybe she would like a natural finish lol

Do you have any CND Intense Pink?

If you do, you could give this a try?

The recipe used in the picture is on me and I am olive skinned - so use the other recipe if she is light skinned.

The Intense Pink helps to brighten the blend and stops it looking too opaic.
This isn't best photo and I wouldn't advise ever extending the nail bed that much Lol - But it was my first go and I got carried away

It does have a slight sparkle in the mix, which, if your client doesn't do sparkle, I think you could leave out without it ruining the mix.

50% flawless 50% intense pink gives fairly good coverage and is an ideal mix for those who have not done the cbm course,or do not have basic colour therory knowledge hth's

The custom blend kit is out on my desk lol
