Hi guys,

I'm really interested in doing the CND foundation course but it's a bit pricey for me at the moment. I was speaking to a friend last night who said she just did a course at Sally's and then did a CND conversion course, which I think sounds really bad?

I was wondering what everyone else thinks about it? I personally think it would be better for me to take the CND complete route and be trained properly and professionally!

Surely doing the sally's foundation and then the cnd conversion would be more expensive than doing the cnd foundation course wouldn't it!

x

Save some money and then go with the cnd course it will be well worth the money in the long run xxxxxxxx

I think if you ultimately want to go with CND then you should train with them from the beginning. I also think that this could be an expensive way of doing it by training with Sally's and then getting to your conversion with CND and realising everything that you don't know or haven't been trained in properly. The other point to remember is that with CND you would have top quality products and brushes to train with which makes the whole thing much easier!

Wait a bit longer and go for it with one of the top companies in the world, you will really appreciate the fact that you waited. Happy New Year! :)

I have just finished my training with CND (16 Dec). I looked around for months at various nail courses and read alot on here re-courses.
I can honestly say it was fantastic. Expensive, yes. But you get what you pay for and for me it was well worth the money. I recieved a large kit with the best products and amazing training, which was very indepth. I also know I can phone my tutor with any problems I have any time.
If possible I think you should hang it out until you have the money and go with CND.

You've answered your own question, and yes you are right, it would be much better to get it right from the start with CND.

Re your friend ... and what she says she did. CND do not allow anyone to convert to CND immediately after taking any nail course ... Never have and never will. A person has to prove that they have been doing nails for at least 6 months before being allowed to convert and even then, when the trainer asseses the technician and finds he/she is well below standard, they are not allowed to purchase until the necessary skills have been acquired. CND are very strict about this.

How much are the CND courses? I can't find any prices
