New client

I have a new spray tan client tonight and I havent been spray tanning very long but I am confident and do lots of spray tan parties, This lady called me asking what i used (atm i use Sun Labs and tantrick) mainly sun labs cos i have so much solution to use anyway she is very worried she will go orange she said she has been trying diff tanners and brands cos she keeps going orange, last time the therapist used sienna x. when i asked what % she didnt have a clue, anyway im going to use sun 9% on her as i havent had any complaints from this solution before, is there anything else that i can do to avoid her turning orange? I want her to keep coming back and as she is a new client its the perfect opportunity to sell myself and parties. will ask her to let me know the out come so i can tell you guys how it went. also got a few tans later on at my house too, this week has been really busy!

If she has been trying many different brands and goes orange every time, I would have thought that the problem lies with the client rather than the solutions

Just make sure that she carries out all the preparation you have told her to and follows all the aftercare advice to the letter

I don't use the same brand of tan as you so am not sure if a 9% is light/dark, however, I would go for a lighter shade on her than a darker and see the result, if all is good, she will then come back to you and maybe get a darker shade next time
