Hi Everyone!
I am new to the site today! For the last 6 months i have gone mobile in beauty therapy, i wonder if anyone has any ideas and how much to charge for Ladies Pamper Parties im a beautician and work mobile with my friend whos a hair stylist so the party would be a mix or hair and beauty. At the mo we do Little Princess Parties which have hit off really well and have quite a few bookings already for this year! but we have had alot of people asking about hen nights etc.

thankyouuuu

Firsty you are a beauty therapist, not a beautician! You didnt train for all that time for that status (no offence to any beauticians out there)
I have done quite a few pamper parties that usually include a package of mini mani, mini pedi and mini facial. I would recommend that you set a minimum amount of people and some people also take a deposit.
It depends on your prices individually as to how much you will charge. Obviously you want to make it a little bit cheaper. Try and save them about £5 per person I would say. Stick to the mini treatments if you dont want to be there all day xxx

Hi

Can really on concur what Kylieb has said (and the bit about beautician!), I also only stick to a certain type of treatment for a set price for 1 treatment and another for 2 treatment regardless of how much I charge in general, is easier to control. I also share Pamper Parties with a friend if over 4 people as this makes it much quicker so no one is hanging round too long waiting.

good luck

so if you do it with your friend, whether she be a hairdresser or another beauty therapist do you go halves with her on the price or do you pay her a 'wage'? if so how much in relation to the total, for example if you did a party and made £100 how much would you give the other therapist that helped you? :)

Hi

I do these with another therapist. We both use our own products and split the proceeds 50/50.

Hi I do Pamper Parties, I generally do them on my own unless there is over 8 people, then I ask a friend who is a nail tech to help. I do mini treatments and charge £20 a head, this includes a bottle of bubbly a party bag for each person, and the host is free if over 5 guests. I think considering the hours put in and the hard work, and little extras this is a fair price.hth:hug:

Hi there,

Hope you don't mind me jumping in. I too have been asked to do a pamper party this week and had the same questions jumping through my head. what treatments, price, could I do it on my own or need another therapist??
Im thinking of offering mini manicure, mini pedicure, mini facial, mini indian head massage, spray tan.
ukfaye, you say you charge £20 per head, is this for say 2 treatments of the choice above or do you offer 1 full treatment?? This is where Im not too sure. Also how many clients do you think can be done with one therapist on their own.
Id really like to do the party, but want to make sure I get it right.

thanks

Heather

Hello!
Thankyou for your replies! and yes sorry im a beauty therapist lol not a beautician! i have spoken to my friend and we have decided on doing the mini peds, mini manicures, mini facials but as she is a hair stylist we have decided on express hair treatments like deep re-conditioning treatments and a wash and blow dry. But were going to have all different packages for the clients to choose from. So whilst someone is having a deep conditioning treatment i could be doing there ped at the same time to save time!!! but i think it will be one of those things where it will be trial and error but were definately splitting the money 50/50 its just the prices to charge them were stuck on but i love the idea that the host is free if over 5 guests!
