Hey everyone, I need help! I've just started using the blue strip wax because I use Euroblonde with no problems. I'm having problems! It just isn't getting all the hairs out and I don't mean one or two are left, I mean at least half. It's particularly bad for eyebrows too. I thought it seemed a bit thin but when I tested it, it wasn't too hot. What's going on???

What temp do you have it at? I use it at 69 or on number 3 on a Hive 1000cc heater.
If your technique hasn't changed, there's no reason that it shouldn't get every hair out. I wax full time and that's the wax that I use. X

Do you mean you are having problems with the blue wax not euroblonde why did you change dont quite understand,
oh i do now you mean strip wax crystal i thought you had changed your hard wax.
