Recap on Brisa toes

hi guys,

its been a while since ive done brisa toes, just wondered if its changed.

so i do normal prep and buff of shine of the nail etc
apply liqurd bond (cure for 2mins)
use gel paint for french (cure 2minutes)
then use uv finishing gloss (cure for 2 minutes)
then cant remember if theres a sticky layer to wipe off
and thats it done

any advice or updates of changes would be great

apply liqurd bond (cure for 2mins) - You don't cure Liquid Bond, it air dries prior to applying the base layer
use gel paint for french (cure 2minutes) - Yes
then use uv finishing gloss (cure for 2 minutes) - Yes
then cant remember if theres a sticky layer to wipe off - Yes there is, remove the inhibition layer and you're done
and thats it done

what do you mean by base layer?
its liquard bond
white gel paint

You said (in your first post) 2 minute cure after Liquid Bond, that's not necessary as Liquid Bond isn't a gel, it's the primer and needs to dry before proceeding with the application.

By the Base Layer I mean the initial layer of gel that you 'work' into the nail and cure before starting to build the gel (as in fingernail enhancement application), you can apply a base layer when Brisa'ing toes but it isn't essential. I do a base layer if the toenails are slightly discoloured and need some 'pinking up' :wink2:

I always do a base layer of sheer pink myself - I just love the slightly warm look it gives and sets the white off so well

I use the pink too.....im wearing mine & the flipflops....so far 3 sets booked for next week..easy peasy.......
