Record cards for eyelash extensions

Hi! advice please! i am just starting to do this as a business and my insurers have said that i need to have client record cards with all info them, i trained with Novalash and they just gave me 2 sheets to photocopy that the client signs. (This is not acceptable by the insurer's Babtac)

Please can you advise where i can get client record cards for eyelash extensions? if not wot do you use?

Hi - I have jutst taken out insurance with BABTAC but i was not told about record cards.

I am going to keep them , but was wondering if you have to have different ones for each treatment, or is there one you can use for all.

You wouldnt be able to use the same client record cards for say lashes and tanning or waxing or nails as you would need different details from your client for each treatment and the contraindications vary from treatment to treatment but if you ask your supplier they will generally be able to support you with client record cards as part of their accreditation :O)

I would recommend to contact your supplier or training provider as they can help you with the record cards that fulfill all insurance requirements and its cheaper than trying to print your own :hug:

I really think you need to bring this to the attention of Novalash. Surely if their course is accredited it should meet the requirements of BABTAC?

Having paid a lot for training this isn't something you should have to sort out on your own. Go back to Novalash and let them help you x
