I recently viewed an advert on a hairdressers website saying they could apply Minx in 10 minutes so ideal for lunchtime appointments - Im 40 mins for a set - am I missing a trick here lol! Plus they also advertise they last 4 weeks on fingernails - I play it safe with 2-14 days.

How quickly can everyone else apply the Minx?

Ive also emailed my website details to minx my nails weeks ago but they havesnt put my iste on - is anyoen else having this delay?

- I can apply them in about 15.... I think 10 is pushing it - but with a quick PEP - 15 is doable.

that is because minx my nails is a fan site and nothing to do with MINX or with Sweet Squared. Go to your SUPPLIER - to get the info you seek. Sweet Squared are the UK distributor - 0845 210 6060....

If they can put on a set of Minx properly including prep in 10 minutes then they are 10-15 minutes faster than I am. I think they are tarry diddling (nice way of saying lying)! Four weeks on fingernails ??? Maybe if you sit around all day and do nothing. They are just setting themselves up for a fall.

10 mins? nah.
My therapists have really got to grips with minx, but with the prep are still 20-25 mins per application. Our record for them staying good on fingers is 10 days.It was a client with a full time housekeeper, cleaner and gardener!

I take 40mins to do minx. and then I give them a coat of gel to keep them on longer on fingers. Not on toes as they last much better.
How much I should be charging is a question I want answering. Anyone???

Standard Minx Charge is £25 for fingers and around £30 for toes.;)

well I only started offering Minx it takes me about 40 min. I only do toes though.

May be they have Speedy Gonzales employed! Or else the salon is a conveyer belt type. Not my thing.

Nice to have found this thread and thought I would flash it up again as I have seen around and about that alot of MINX is being offered for £15 on toes. I have a salon VERY close to mine offering this.
I was also keen to see times on MINX as I thought I was way off with it being 40'ish minutes. I do a foot soak with mine also.
I think if people are doing MINX toes for £15 as a regular price they are underselling themselves and MINX.
I know I might upset a few with this statement,,, but we are professionals, lets keep our prices to match that.

I couldn't agree more.

Some people are just 'fools to themselves' with the silly prices they come up with for what is known as a top end service!! Put your prices where they should be.

The ten minutes must be without a foot soak, surely people want a bit of pampering.Do many people just do an application without the foot soak x
