Salonserve by email

I emailed salonserve with an order at 11:10am,

i stated my product codes, address, name and telephone number (thats all they ask for)

its now 12 and i haven't heard anything?? I need to go out but need to know my order is sorted first, as i need it for tomorrow so need my order to be done by 1pm!


anyone else ordered by email to them before???

No, I always do mine over the phone.
Why not give them a ring to confirm they have your email?
They could just be really busy. x

I emailed them today at 9.30 and the lady gace me a ring at 11 as there was some of my stuff out of stock - really helpful customer servives, I would just grive them a ring!
