Hiya!

I tend to use lean mince hun!

I made burgers the other week, I used mince, chopped up onion, a dash of beaten egg and put a chunk of gouda cheese in the middle, and cooked in the oven, they were quite tasty!!

This is one of my favourite meals to make !

I do it slightly differently using grated onion, lean mince, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic and herbs to make the meatballs. I cook them and then add a jar of Lloyd Grossman's tomato and chilli sauce to the pan and cook for about 5-10 mins. It's absolutely delicious. The chilli sauce gives it a lovely kick !!

Sounds wonderful. I'm dribbling. Definitely worth a go. Going to put mince on the shopping list right now! Thank you! :)

You have not had meatballs until you have had Greek Meatballs (Keftedes).
