My favourite thing to cook is pizza! It's so diverse
My death row meal request would be my mums beef stew & dumplings
Definitely a sweet person! Raspberry Eton Mess YUM!
Now my recipe, egg stuffed potatoes! How good to these babies look
Ingredients
- 2 baked potatoes
- 2 eggs
- butter
- salt
- pepper
Method
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Cut a 'cheek' from each potato & scoop out some flesh from inside, enough to hold your topping but not too much!
3. Season, add butter & crack in the egg
4. Season again & top with whatever you like! In this case, cheese & bacon
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes & ENJOY!
Other filling ideas: leftover meats, sausage, beans, ham, tofu, roasted veggies, bolognese, the list is endless!
