I got some from ebay Angie, they were 0.25 mm and really really tiny, they came in all different colours and were flat backed!

I cant remember the sellers name, but as you would imagine they were from China, think they were £2.50 for 5000.

Yep I did type it in right they are roughly the size of a pin head, it did say 0.25 mm, but I would say a pin head is a bit bigger than that!

And they are glass, does that make a difference?

There were some in the wheel that were broken but then I guess you get what you pay for hey!

i does make a difference if its glass. the acrylic ones just dont have the same reflective qualities as glass, so they are a lot less twinkly. even less if you get top coat on them.

i'd say a pin head is nearer to 0.75- 1mm , but that still makes them smaller than any i've seen before.

Angie, have you tried this place?
Small Crystals

I think she's also a geek, but she also goes under the name of Crystal Queen on ebay.

I buy mine direct from her website. Prices are spot on too.
I have also got some hot fix gems too. Her stones are proper glass/crystals not not the tatty plastic ones that have the edges missing & dull when you use a top coat - I made the mistake of buying those ages ago from an ebay seller in the states, they are OK for the kids thoough!

I have used millenniums chunky glitter as gems in the past and they
are very sparkly and small.

Great, atleast Ive got the right ones then! Mine are very sparkly!

If you cant get them small enough for what you want Angie, have you tried the disco slices, they are small and come in lots of different sizes!?

Just a thought! And thankyou Susan for the info very helpful!
