St. Tropez Ultimate Air 2

Having a bit of a problem with our spray tan machine. The mist is coming out very green and we've been told to drain it. However we can't figure out how to do this. Our rep is not answering the phone and we don't appear to have an instruction manual.

Does anyone know how to drain the St Tropez Ultimate Air 2?

Is it the same machine as the air verso?

A stand alone machine?

If so i had this exact same problem and if your rep isn't answering her phone ring head office and complain as that is what she is bloody well there for!

Sloppy reps annoy me big time!!

Anyway rant over, what we has to do was get a bucket and spray it all out then fill the machine with water and spray that out to rinse out the green tan. Ours was a faulty bottle of tan! After a bit of a word they replaced the tan for me but it was reluctantly!!
