Started 7303 today!

Hiya Guys,

I've just started doing my 7303 at college today and wondered if there's anyone else that's doing the course at the moment?

I was so worried about going this morning but I had a great time...so if anyone out there is sat at home thinking about doing it (as I have for the past 5 years)...face your fears and have a go..

It's full title is...Preparing To Teach In The Lifelong Learning Sector...or PTTLS..
It's the first stage of becoming a lecturer, I'm hoping to teach beauty.

Got my micro teach next Tuesday then all done for me - thank god, I have hated every single moment of it lol.

I did mine too, I hated every minute of it
i was asked to go on and do the dipolma but after a bad experience with a tutor I decided not too. It got to the point i hated fridays

Just wanted to say that doing the 7303 is easy compaired to doing to the cert ed which is a nightmare, both me and my friend have got about 10000 words to write in about 6 weeks as well as a presonal presentation session to do!!!:cry:

i also just wanted to add good luck to everyone who is doing their 7303 qual and if there is anyway that i can help you just pm and i will try and help where ever i can.:hug::hug:

I'm going to Huddersfield Technical College and it's a 10 week course...3.5 hours per week. I have a friend who lectures at a different college, I'm planning to go in with her and do some shadowing to hopefully pick up some tips for my microteach. I was planning to do Indian Head but there is another girl on the course who just does indian head, so think I'm going to do something different now.

Well done to all of you that have completed the course and good luck to everyone still doing it...I will defo be taking up your offers of help!!!

I did indian head massage for my micro teach, so if you need a heads up just pm me.
I got great feed back and was the only one on the course that wasnt a tutor. I did struggle with the course and we didnt have the best tutors but i went through to the finish but very nearly gave up, lou helped me no end
