Tanning reassurance

I've been tanning for quite a while now no issues at all (unless client's confess to laying close to their husband and him waking up with a brown arm etc)
I went to tan a young girl for prom yesterday and she kept crossing her arm over her front and messing with her bra....just a consious age but i said don't touch your skin as you have barrier cream on your palms.
Now a high rate mum has said shes showered off and theres white patches i offered to take a look and try n exfoliate/blend....but shes taken the huff and basically said she cant go to prom.
I am someone who takes things VERY personsally....i am right in thinking tho this is not my error. Any advice much appreciated

Where has she said the patches are ?! Did she tell u ?

Yes next to her bra where she kept messing with it and in her arm where she crossed them over with barrier cream on her hands x
