Tantrick spray tan help quick!!!!

Yesterday I done 3 spray tans two of the girls had 10% one had 12% i have worried about how they will come out all night as they kept saying they were not dark enough and want it for a wedding tomorrow. I explained that what they were looking at was just a colour guide for me and that their colour will develop and will be darker once they showered off in the morning any problems give me a call.
ring ring i have had a call this morning aghhhh. They are happy with the colour... brilliant ... but they said they have got some darker patches than others all over them so are coming back today at 3 help what do i do do i just respray over them, do i avoid the darker patches? thanks in advance x

Maybe they haven't washed the guide colour off well enough in some places. If they are only a few small patches I would gently rub them with a damp flannel and you may find they just come off with the exfoliating action. It would probably be impossible to spray again and avoid these patches, plus they are happy with the colour.:hug: It will be impossible to tell until you see them. I am sure some other geeks will have extra advise.

Have they showered yet? I would ring and ask. Could be that they just want to be darker and want a free top up. Tantrick gives a lovely colour with both the percentages you have used and if they followed the prep I doubt they will have dark patches. Hope all goes well. xxxx

Sounds like they may have not prepped correctly and left dry patches of skin (not your fault)
or like has already been said, they have not washed off the colour guide yet,
ask what they wore to bed, it could be the old legs touching together problem from not wearing pj bottoms,
or they could be trying on for a free top up,
if they ask for a top up i would offer it at half price after all they did say they were happy with the colour, but giving them a top up could give a DHA overload so only do a light mist every where, hth :hug:

Well at least they are happy with the colour which is a good start.:hug:
If they have darker patches the lighter areas have either been missed or they have had moisturiser residue left on these areas when the spray tan was applied....

The best thing to do is ask them to pop back in...so you can ***** the patches and if needs be just give the areas a light misting over ensuring of course that they haven't put moisturiser onto the light patch areas.

ok so all 3 girls turn up with another 2 girls in toe i thought it was going to be like an episode from eastenders:lol:. They looked wonderful ileft them to get undressed and when i went back in i couldnt see any dark patches so i asked them where the dark patches were and they said well its more my upper body looks a little lighter than my legs!! ( so not brown bits at all!!) so i said i would do a light mist over the top half for them. they were so pleased and even paid me for the misting over before i even said anything and then to top it off they said i know its abit cheeky but could you do our two friends. what a turn around all panicky for nothing really and gained 2 extra clients from it!. thank you so much for all your advice.:hug:

Well done and well done for staying cool and professional...also glad this has brought you more business.
Its easy to get in a panic when these things come up especially when your relatively new to spray tanning.
Its so important at this stage to trust in your training and your own skills...
