I normally use 40ml of solution per spray (if that sometinmes), but my mum sprayed me the other day and as it was her first time I put 50ml in the cup, but I had to top it up before she finished. I put this down to it being her first time spraying me. Then, I sprayed her the next day and I again had to top up the liquid as it ran out. At certain points the solution also stopped coming out and I had to shake the gun!!!

I have given it a thorough clean, and flushed it through with water. I have a tan booked in tomorrow morning, so im hoping all will be fine.

Any ideas?

P.s. I have not taken the needle out as I can't. When I take off the dial at the back and pull the triggerto release the back of the needle, it just wont come when I pull it. Any ideas also?

Thanks

Just bumping this one up.

Any advice?

its probably stuck with solution, give it a pull with a pair of pliers or something, but be careful, this is how I ended up dropping my needle and bending the tip of it :irked:

50ml + is a lot of solution to be getting through, thats probably double what I normally use... have you tried turning your dial down and doing the couch roll test?

Get it clean properly first then have a go..

I sent my gun back and got a replacement as the intensity dial kept sticking which gave the impression of being almost closed when infact it was open quite alot. The pin also stuck, i was told that the pin may not have been aligned correctly at the factory.
This is my 2nd gun, the first leaked (when used by my trainer) i think that manufacturers quality control needs to be looked at.
