Top coat over acrylic

Hey all, I was wondering what your views were on what the best to use after applying acrylic to nails was. At the moment I don't use gel and so will have to go along the lines of a polish, so probably won't be able to get the super shiny look that gel gives but would love to know what the next best is, thanks!!

Use a good buffer i find that gives a good enuff shine

the next best thing is to buff the nail. Your customers can also use a topcoat for artificial nails like uv3o from ezflow and there is another topcoat bu nfu.oh and one by odyssey nails. They give a high gloss + customers can reapply between appointments. these polishes sit extra well on the nails.

I use Air Dry form CND or the good old favourite CND Super Shiney. And I like the retail opportunity to sell to the client for them to reapply if necessary. I personally have never used a UV Gel top coat over L&P.

thanks, after buffing it looks good, but I think it adds a little extra shine to put a topcoat on, will try some of your suggestions, its good to know what the favorates are rather than trying lots and lots before finding the better ones

OPI have a product called Liquid Buff which is for finishing acrylics to a very high, durable shine. It is fantastic and I wouldn't be without it now.

I have to say also CND Super Shiny. I like to buff too, but sometimes the topcoat just gives it that 'something extra', iykwim?

Two coats of S2 SS and they're good to go Also it drys in super quick time!

EzFlows miracle shine with snow monkey buffer gives a fab high shine.

glaze n go is great and you can use it over gel and acrylic. paint it over and cure for two minutes and its shiny shiny shiny
