hi guys can anyone recommend where to buy good quality inexpensive towels for professional beauty treatments, i.e. ones that fit a standard size couch.

thanks :)

I get mine for www.towelsrus.co.uk although don't know how they compare with others so you may find cheaper.

i went to primark for mine :)

You are probably going to need 2 bath sheets to cover your couch, and it's a good idea to use a stretch terry couch cover as well, to stop the towels slipping about.

I have had towels from Asda, Tesco and Matalan, they are all fine. Asda are really cheap, about £6 for a bath sheet and recently they were doing 2 for £9. My current towels are hot pink from Matalan, the colour is fab and everyone comments on them.

hiya:)
I got some gorgeous towels from Home Bargains, they fit over my beauty bed lovely, and they wash up so nice, i put them in on a 95 wash, then tumble dry them they fluff up lovely hehehe,

I have the hot pink from Matalan just like ZoZo they are really great quality and you have a choice of all the sizes too!!

Sheila xxx:)

I use Majestic Towels - they do bath sheets that are 2m by 1m so perfect for covering a table. Be careful of the colour you choose - I currently have dark brown. Too light are harder to keep bright and oils can stain.

Agree 100% about Majestic. We've used them in the salon use for years for a variety of services - nails, beauty and hairdressing. Never had any problems with them, always deliver within a couple of days and the towels last AGES!

Another vote for Majestic. Excellent quality! Very affordable!

Take a look at Dunelm Mill if you have one near you, they are a homeware superstore, Fabulous quality cheap towels in an array of colours that wash up lovely, also sell great mirrors, bedding, blinds and decorative items (i think even cheaper than matalan) & stuff you don't see in all the regular stores, i highly recommend it.:)

thanks everyone for your great advice. most people recommended majestic so i'll give them a whirl.

thanks again

xx

Have you thought of using flat sheets they are great for Massage as you can handle them better!

I've tried sheets for massage, I didn't really like them. as a client I prefer the feeling of a soft towel over me. And they show up oil stains easier!

Have you looked at disposables? My salon uses disposable manicure, hair and bath towels from Easydry. I think they also have couch covers / beauty roll but we don't currently use it. Their delivery is quick and free.
