Hi everyone - first post, brand new to the site!

With the advent of freedom as my dtr leaves school,at the age of 49 I'm changing direction from psychotherapy/comp therapy to the beauty world - hurrah.

In the short term I want to start off with nails (am enrolled for full time course in beauty from set).

Can you people advise me where to train in nails so I can offer mani, pedi and acrylics, nail art etc? Have no trouble travelling to train with the best in the business, so altho I'm in scotland south of the border is not a problem.

Look forward to hearing folks views...cheers, jtp x

Good luck with your change in career direction.....I am sure you will enjoy it.

What a fantastic age to change direction! You must feel excited but also a little apprehensive :)

Do your homework, get plenty of information and recommendations to help you make an informed decision.
