hi to everyone

This is my first post so please be kind!
would anyone know how to get warm wax drips off my towelling couch cover. I do use bedroll obviously but must've dripped. I've tried the SERACLEAN solution that i clean the heater with but it does nothing- maybe because its porous.

thank you so much

I find wax normally washes out on a 60 degree wash, but I do apply equipment cleaner to the area first, before washing.

Baby oil and rubbing gets it out for me.

But there is a thread on here at the moment about getting wax off a client's trousers, if you take a look there are a few different ways that geeks have found to work.

Good luck x

Scrape off what you can with a spatuala and wash as normal.

If I were you, buy a plastic couch cover to protect your bed. You can then put your towels and covers under the plastic outer cover. Much more hygenic too. xxx

I've actually used this on the carpet after dripping candle wax on it:

V low setting on the iron, place a piece of brown paper over the wax drip and iron. This will melt the wax and the paper will absorb it. Then wash it. Just make sure the iron isn't too hot as you don't want your cover to melt!

Good luck.
