Wax roller system vs dip spatula advice needed

I am currently using the conventional spatula/wax heater method and have been told that the roller wax system is a lot quicker and easier, as I am just starting out, I am wondering whether anyone could give me their personal preferences..pro's cons of the roller wax system.

A roller system is great, but it doesn't get into all of the areas that a spatula can. Also, they're not great for waxing mens hair as it's thicker and you'll find the wax doesn't reach the skin and just sits on the hair.

Roller systems are quick though, but I prefer a spatula. xxx

I use pot and spatula and my beautician uses a roller system. I have had clients that don't like the roller system as they find it drags on their skin.
My beautician has used a roller system for 10 years and prefers it. I think you have to find a system that you feel comfortable with and for me that's pot and spatula

Hi I'm not a waxer but had my legs done with a roller at a salon and found it uncomfortable, specially over the shins it really hurt. i ask for spatula now. It could have just been the therapist. Hope thats helpful.

thanks everyone, I think I was just being lazy when considering the roller system, lol, thinking I could get it done quicker with less tossing and turning to the pot, but given the fact that the roller system can cause discomfort, I am definately sticking to the spatula method, thankyou girls x

If you only have room for one system then stick with pot and spatula but if you can have roller as well then they are brilliant for legs.I wouldn't be without both systems and i also use hot wax.
If the roller hurts anyone or drags it is not hot enough or the roller heads aren't clean,its not the system but the way it is being used...incorrectly.

If you are efficient and proficient with your spatula, then it is just as quick as roller waxing. I would say stick with your trusty pot and spatula and your timings will come down.
