Waxing pierced brows?

Had a girl ask me yesterday if she were to get her brows waxed, does she take her eyebrow bar out? The way her hair grew I could easily wax around it. She was worried if she took the bar out wax would get in the pierced hole.

I don't know if its the same but when I did lip wax on a person with a pierced lip, I asked her to take the piercing out, put Vaseline around and waxed around it... But then I was worried about Vaseline getting into the hole and she was more sore on that side of her face.

I have waxed brows with jewellry in.

Careful placement of wax, usual good practice of pulling skin taut etc, and tweeze the hairs that are obstructed by ring or bar.

Ask them to remove it and if they can't, put a little oil on the ring/piercing so you dont get wax on it and then just move it out of the way.
