Hey guys,
I'm really getting into my waxing at the moment, I am starting to build my clients up.
I had a client today for 2nd appointment, thought I had better try a speed up, as felt last appointment, that client thought it was too long, well I did underarms 10mins each arm, and half leg, which had taken me half hour each leg, is this still too long? :Scared::Scared:

Firstly this should be moved to the Skin geek forum but I will answer it and I am sure someone will move it for you.

In answer to your question this would be far too long for an experienced therapist but you have only just started! You will speed up as you go along and with more practice. I can do half leg (both legs) and underarms in half an hour but I have been waxing for 16 years and could do it in my sleep.

It is just practice my darling that is all!

One way you may be able to speed up is by applying wax to the whole of the body part before starting to remove it. When I say 'whole of the body part' I mean what's showing of course!

Don't be in a big mad rush to get quicker. It will come in time. You want to concentrate on doing a good job. By rushing to beat your time you are going to leave hair behind!
How are you doing the legs? Are you covering the whole of the front in wax or just doing strip at a time?

That should take about half an hour. Me methodical and have a system. Remove the bulk of the hair and only deal with stray hairs at the end. If you do this during the waxing it will slow you down. You'll get faster so don't worry xx
