What do you love and what do you dread??

When you get to work in the morning, or have your list of clients for the day, which appointments do you really want to do and which do you dread??
For me atm I love to do something different. Glitter nails, varnish and nail art, I dread fibreglass. It's next on my training "hitlist" so I'm hoping to get over this feeling.
Sometimes I have 4 spraytans in one hour and this is a bit of a drag as I find, although it's a great earner, is somewhat boring.
I'm trying to talk a lot of my regulars into having something different as most of them have P&W. The younger ones are open to suggestions but I find my older clients like to stick to the same thing.
Anyone else feel this way?

I love doing manicures i find it so relaxing and all my clients love them ... a lot of my younger clients love the french manicure look on the extention but are deffinatly more open to suggestions that the older clients but i do have a few daring women i must say ...xx

I used to dread rebalances, but now i quite enjoy them, i HATE french manicures...I think its because im not confident at them as I dont do many! I love doing glitter tips and nail art, but alas most of my clients have P&W!:irked:

I love glitter tips but don't particually like changins the colour on a rebalance as application always looks thick to me as I try to mask the previous colour no matter how much I thin the previous colour. I used to dread forever french rebalances until I read nailclass now thats what I think I'm best at as they always look like a brand new set.

I'm terrible, i dread most things until i'm actually doing them then i love it! i think it has alot to do with the client as well.

I love most of the things that I do, but I absolutely HATE doing full body waxes. It just seems to take me forever and to be honest, I find it boring.

I love doing underarm waxes (weird I know) but am not that keen on the rest. Do you think there could be a market for specialising in only underarm waxes :lol: :lol:

I love manicures and anything to do with acrylics, I hate pedicures (well the clipping of the nails) Yuk!!!! BUT i love doing the massage its nice to hear your clients say mmm thats lovely!1 OH er sounds kinky..... lol

used to have ONE - passed her over to a fellow tech though !!! ha hahaha

I think the 'fellow tek' even told her when she tried to re book, that she wasnt taking on any more new clients and had a waiting list A VERY LONG ONE:green: :green:

I feel bad because one lady I just didn't like. I'm not sure why though, she wasn't particulally nasty or anything there was just something about her!

I didn't like one that just complained for no reason, she wasn't comfortable, I pulled her hand too much, there was heat created when acrylic touched her (what??), she felt like her nails would ping off at any time. I looked at her car for her, ONLY OPENED THE BONNET but after me doing that it drove differently. Any appointment time she was offered she would have preferred half an hour earlier. She was so depressing to be around so had to go!

I love working on problem nails and achieving a nice looking set of nails and watching the deslight on my clients faces. I hate doing rebalances on problem nails cause it is usually so much more work than normal rebalances.

I dread facials are they are soooo boring!

I love nails, love sculpting, love glitter, love 3d.........anything about nails at all, manicures are a tad boring too

I love all my clients but i do have one taht doesnt talk very much! Which is very hard when you are sat there for an hour

An inability to sit still as well, winds me up a treat, I have one who seems to find absolutly everything funny and moves loads when she's laughing. I'm going to have to start doing her nails in a plain white room in the hope she'll find nothing to laugh at!

i love it when you have built up your regulars, you know what they have what they like and you just crack on with it...but i really love the new clients who dont have any set ideas of what they want, and you can use your professional opinion more openly with reguarding what suits etc.
i hate removing dark enamel......lol thats the only thing i can think of that i dislike more than anything else, cause i so love doing infills and rebalances now

I also love it when I know the client is going to want them them either so square they could cut themselves or so stilleto they could have your eye out!

I hate doing white tips
