My regular client came for lash fill tonight and I was shocked to see her c curls were straighter than a j curl! Never seen this happen before. I asked if these were done elsewhere, no she said I only come to you. How can a lash go straight? She had applied a lot if mascara (which i really dislike them doing) So all i can think of is her mascara did it?! Bizarre!!! Told her never to use mascara again on them.

I bet when applying the mascara she applies it down! Maybe thinking she is protecting the lashes. Pushing rather than pulling! I think the mascara is the culprit! They look dreadful... U can see the build up of mascara. Is she even using an appropriate masacara? For me... If my client did this I would refuse to do their lashes anymore! I wouldn't want her walking around saying I did her lashes in this state. I'm sure they were lovely when u did them but she's ruined them in every way possible x

I've only ever seen authentic minks straighten .... this is strange! What lashes are they?

Any chance she's used one of those heated lash combs? Although I would have thought that would just melt them together lol. Maybe she's been blowdrying her fringe a lot or something like that and it's made them loose there shape.

Blasting her hair with a hairdryer, or a blast of heat when cooking etc can cause synthetic lashes to melt a little too.

Yea ill have to check about the hair dryer thing. Never happened before though. Weird.
I wonder if a sauna did it?
They're synthetic x
