Ah thank you! The silver is Gellux but the multi colour glitter is by China Glaze, sealed it off with gel top coat

Thanks just a striper silver glitter polish, apply the dots, flash cure, apply the silver, full cure, then the polish is nice and dry before applying your top coat.
