Hello ladies, can anyone suggest a cheap and cheerful brand of nail polish. It's for a xmas present for my niece who loves all things nails but isn't old enough yet for the expensive brands. She wants loads of colours. Ideally something like the old "spectacular" brand would be great. They were around £1 a bottle. Any help would be great. Thank you
