ive just attempted to remove some nail polish from one of my colorpops and its cracked the tip on the colorpop.im scared to try another one now
i used non acetone nail varnish remover so im unsure of what to use someone please help:cry:.x

i am not sure what remover to use , i found that happend with the nail trainer nails to even when i used non acetone remover lol
it might wreck it but could you gently buff it off? or paint it white and polish over it lol
if not then they do sell single colorpop sticks on the NSI website,
:)

I don't think you can remove the enamel from colourpops without wrecking them....you have to get new ones. sorry.

thanks for the replies.ive just been sitting there buffing them off,how fun that is,lol.x

I love Colourpops but they do work out expensive if you make errors!

I use thin clear tips, cut to colourpop size, paint these and then attach them to the pop with a tiny amount of clear resin.I also do this for 3d samples as I often have to have several goes at an idea before I am happy

great idea can i ask what resign you use?
i tried to use nail glue once but it didnt work, lol.:o

think i'd polish them white and then go over with my choice of colour.

It is even easier to attach a tip (such as the number 5 CND Formation full well tip) to the colour pop stick with a drop of L&P. Done this for years. Much less time consuming than buffing colour off the tip ... and the No 5 Formation is the same shape as the tip on the colour pop too. :green: Easy and not expensive.

thanks gigi.
great thinking about using l&p to stick them and i do have some of the formation tips anyway, definately much quicker than buffing the colour off  and a great way to replace the cracked or broken ones.xx
